01. Referral & Initial Enquiry
The process begins with an initial enquiry to determine whether an ADHD assessment is appropriate. We discuss your concerns and provide clear information regarding the stages and requirements of the diagnostic pathway.
02. Pre-assessment Questionnaires
You will be asked to complete a set of standardised ADHD rating scales and detailed history forms. These tools help gather structured data on symptom presentation across different areas of your life.
03. Clinical Interview
An in-depth clinical interview is conducted by an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist. This session explores your developmental history, current challenges, and considers differential diagnosis to ensure therapeutic accuracy.
04. Collateral Information
Where possible, information is gathered from someone who knew you in childhood or knows you well currently. This collateral perspective is vital for confirming the persistence of traits across different developmental stages.
05. Comprehensive Report & Feedback
The process concludes with a comprehensive written report, a feedback session to discuss results, and tailored treatment recommendations specifically focused on your unique psychological profile.

Fees & Insurance Reimbursement
This section explains our payment procedures and how you can navigate private health insurance reimbursement for psychological services.
Payment Policy
I am a private-pay provider and do not bill insurance companies directly. All fees are due at the time of service. You will receive a professional invoice via Wise Business, which includes a secure link for payment by bank transfer or card.
Reimbursement Eligibility
As an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist, services may be eligible for partial or full reimbursement under some private health insurance plans (e.g. Bupa, AXA Health, Vitality).
Provider Recognition
I am not a network provider. Out-of-network reimbursement depends entirely on your individual policy and we recommend verifying this with your insurer.
Insurance Coverage for Assessments
Some insurers treat these as diagnostic consultations, while others may exclude them as non-acute services. Clients are strongly advised to confirm coverage with their insurer before the first meeting.
Documentation
I provide detailed invoices via the Jane app, including HCPC Registration Number and relevant clinical service codes required for reimbursement claims.
