This is not a medico-legal assessment and is not intended for use in court proceedings.
Where clinically appropriate, the assessment may include a formal diagnosis, considered carefully within the context of a broader psychological formulation rather than as a standalone label. The aim is a meaningful, clinically grounded understanding of your experiences.
Fees & Insurance Reimbursement
This section explains our payment procedures and how you can navigate private health insurance reimbursement for psychological services.
Payment Policy
I am a private-pay provider and do not bill insurance companies directly. All fees are due at the time of service. You will receive a professional invoice via Wise Business, which includes a secure link for payment by bank transfer or card.
Reimbursement Eligibility
As an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist, services may be eligible for partial or full reimbursement under some private health insurance plans (e.g. Bupa, AXA Health, Vitality).
Provider Recognition
I am not a network provider. Out-of-network reimbursement depends entirely on your individual policy and we recommend verifying this with your insurer.
Insurance Coverage for Assessments
Some insurers treat these as diagnostic consultations, while others may exclude them as non-acute services. Clients are strongly advised to confirm coverage with their insurer before the first meeting.
Documentation
I provide detailed invoices via the Jane app, including HCPC Registration Number and relevant clinical service codes required for reimbursement claims.
